A new Forum category for Tor Development?

When we were drafting the forum categories structure, we thought about adding a "Development" category. Because it involved tor-dev mailing lists and other team communication channels/workflow, we preferred to launch with fewer categories, focusing on user support and feedback. But it looks like the Network Team is enjoying the new Forum, which is great!

Now that the forum is open and working, maybe we should bring back that idea again?
