Context

Since @alicia is planning a new survey to gather user feedbacks, it will be necessary to invite them to engage in this research, so we need to create a simple banner for this.

Opportunity statement

As a way to reduce the time and effort spent on future calls to action related to user research, we should create a responsive banner template that can be used and adapted for future research as well.
