Drop the hash check on updates

Updates are signed, so the hash check is redundant.

Mozilla dropped it a long time ago, and we didn't enable on Mullvad Browser.

At a certain point, we could remove it also from Tor Browser (but we will have to keep publishing hashes in the update manifest until we do a watershed update, I don't think it's worth to do one only for this minimal change).
